APM Professional - New Relic - App Support @ Aspire Systems

Expectations:

• Implementing Newrelic, manage effectively and optimize the monitoring for application and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and manage New Relic agents, integrations, and SDKs across various platforms and environments.
• Configure New Relic APM and infrastructure monitoring settings for optimal performance and accurate reporting.
• Analyse monitoring data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance incidents and provide recommendations for resolution. Identify and implement performance optimizations based on New Relic monitoring data and best practices.
• Fine-tune New Relic configurations, thresholds, and policies to ensure accurate monitoring and alerting.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for teams to educate them on using New Relic effectively for monitoring and optimization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve New Relic implementation processes, workflows, and methodologies based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Manage relationships with New Relic or other third-party vendors related to monitoring and analytics tools.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development, operations, QA, and management to align monitoring strategies with business objectives.
