Job Description
- Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to complex business problems.
- Own project modules end-to-endfrom problem definition, data exploration, model development, evaluation, to deployment.
- Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to derive insights from unstructured data.
- Drive initiatives involving Generative AI and LLMs for real-time, intelligent applications.
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality, model performance, and documentation standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Solid experience in NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling) using tools like spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Proficient in building, training, and deploying ML models at scale.
- Experience in handling structured and unstructured datasets; strong command of SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable model development and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and communication abilities.
