Oracle EPM Functional Professional @ Aspire Systems

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:
  • Strong experience in the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM modules, especially EDMCS and ARCS.
  • Design and manage metadata, hierarchies, and mappings in EDMCS ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Configure reconciliation formats, rules, and workflows in ARCS.
• Integration & Support:
  • Ensure seamless integration between EDMCS, ARCS, and other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, EPBCS).
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Training & Documentation:
  • Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, including EDMCS and ARCS.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and data governance processes.
• Proficiency with EPM Automate and integration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules like FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud modules.
