Oracle OTM ( Oracle Transportation Management Consultant ) @ Aspire Systems

Role Synopsis :

The OTM Consultant will own solution design, configuration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that freight planning, execution, and settlement are optimized for print, packaging, and promotional-products flows. The role partners with Supply Chain CoE, plant logistics teams, and IT architects responsible for Oracle Fusion SCM, CPQ, and WMS integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end OTM Solution Design - make-to-order workflows (print, finish, kit, ship) into OTM transportation planning scenarios (single-stop parcel, multi-stop LTL, pooled truckload).
• Configuration & Enhancements - Build rate structures for parcel (UPS, FedEx), LTL, and dedicated fleet; leverage OTM automation agents for same-day ship SLAs on e-commerce orders.
• Integration - Orchestrate real-time flows between Oracle Fusion Order Management, WMS, CPQ (for weight/dim metrics from custom configurations), and carrier APIs via OIC.
• Freight Settlement & Audit - Implement automated match-pay with carrier portals; reconcile complex surcharges on oversized custom packaging.
• Support & Continuous Improvement - Provide L2/L3 support, root-cause analysis, and release management in a managed-services model; run quarterly value-realization reviews with business leads.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle OTM across Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
• Deep knowledge of parcel, LTL, truckload, and multi-modal processes; experience modeling high-volume small-package networks.
• Proven ability to design Automation Agents, Status Codes, and BPA Workflows to meet same-day/next-day SLA scenarios.
• Integration expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing) and third-party carrier APIs via OIC or REST/SOAP.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Managed Services engagement. It has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation program, consolidating business operations across 85+ legacy systems into a unified Oracle Cloud platform. This role will support and optimize their Quote-to-Cash processes by ensuring the Oracle CPQ solution is aligned with their evolving business needs in print, marketing, packaging, and logistics services.
