Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and quality standards
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications: Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
