Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated experienced QA engineer for a full-time position. This position requires a strategic thinker; a problem solver who is a self-starter and self-motivated; well organized, flexible, and effective with multiple simultaneous tasks.

Roles Responsibilities

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end project delivery which includes

Build detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Assemble and execute priority based test cycles in the test management system.
Work closely with development to ensure efficient test case progress and bug fix rate.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Proven ability to create and maintain quality project technical documentation.
Provide standardized reports and time estimation to upper management when asked

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Min 1+ years of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification: BE, BTech, MCA from a reputed institute.
Experience in Web and Mobile app testing.
Proven experience in functional, integration, API and cross browser testing on web-based applications.
Knowledge and understanding of the following technologies: XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and JSON.
Understanding of SQL and ability to execute basic SQL queries to verify application behavior.
Experience in database testing and executing SQL Queries is an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills with a willingness to share ideas and learn from others.
