Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our global partner programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in partner ecosystems, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will help scale our partnership initiatives, drive partner engagement, and accelerate growth through effective program structures and support.

Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Management:
  • Design and implement scalable partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and certification processes.
  • Define key success metrics and continuously optimize program offerings based on partner feedback and performance data.
Partner Engagement & Enablement:
  • Develop engagement plans to strengthen relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and support our solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align partner strategy with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor partner performance and program effectiveness; create dashboards and reports to share insights with leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data-driven strategies and partner feedback.
Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to program guidelines, contracts, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel programs, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage scalable partner programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and ROI from partner initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, PRM platforms).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
