Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Data Scientist with 35 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. You will work on cutting-edge projects, transforming data into meaningful insights and AI-driven solutions that support strategic business decisions and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world business problems
• Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights from unstructured data (text, voice, documents).
• Research and apply Generative AI (Gen AI) models and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, transformers) to solve customer and product-specific use cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business to gather requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.
• Interpret model results, evaluate performance metrics, and refine solutions for improved outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring in innovative ideas and best practices to the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Knowledge with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools s
• Experience working on Generative AI models including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
• Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
• Familiarity with data handling using Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib / Seaborn / Power BI.
