Lead Lab Developer @ Tudip Technologies

Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of lab automation tools, data pipelines, and software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, operations) to build scalable lab solutions.
• Architect and maintain cloud-based lab environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) with a focus on performance and security.
• Drive the implementation of DevOps/MLOps practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory standards, and best practices in lab environments.
• Identify emerging technologies and propose strategies to modernize lab systems and workflows.
• Oversee documentation, knowledge sharing, and training within the development team.

• Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience , with at least 2+ years in a lead/managerial role.
• Strong programming background (Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with lab automation tools, IoT, or scientific computing platforms .
• Expertise in cloud platforms .
• Knowledge of data engineering, APIs, and microservices .
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
