Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Learning Management System (LMS) migration. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a professional with deep expertise in managing complex programs, exceptional decision-making skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a successful outcome.
You ll be expected to own the migration end-to-end, from planning to execution, while anticipating roadblocks, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering a seamless learner experience post-launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale LMS migration project, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Make informed decisions independently and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in advance, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, communication strategies, and training plans to support a smooth rollout.
  • Track and report on program progress, risks, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure data integrity, business continuity, and user experience are maintained throughout the migration process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on digital learning or enterprise system implementations.
  • Proven experience leading at least one large-scale LMS migration or deployment (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in change management, learning experience design, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with integrations (e.g., SSO, HRIS, content libraries).
  • Background in global or multi-region LMS rollouts.
