Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Learning Management System (LMS) migration. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a professional with deep expertise in managing complex programs, exceptional decision-making skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a successful outcome.

You ll be expected to own the migration end-to-end, from planning to execution, while anticipating roadblocks, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering a seamless learner experience post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale LMS migration project, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and post-launch stabilization.
Make informed decisions independently and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Identify potential risks and challenges in advance, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, and external vendors.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, communication strategies, and training plans to support a smooth rollout.
Track and report on program progress, risks, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure data integrity, business continuity, and user experience are maintained throughout the migration process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on digital learning or enterprise system implementations.
Proven experience leading at least one large-scale LMS migration or deployment (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.).
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to influence across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in change management, learning experience design, or enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with integrations (e.g., SSO, HRIS, content libraries).
Background in global or multi-region LMS rollouts.
