Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled UI Path Developer to join our team and help automate business processes using the UI Path platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows and will work closely with business and technology teams to implement effective solutions.
Roles Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding value through automation.
  • Addressing performance, development and deployment issues.
  • Identification and assessment of potential processes for RPA.
  • Process preparation for Robotics solution (process redesign, gaps and wastes identification).
  • Validation of potential processes for RPA.
  • Delivering RPA solutions and being first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team.
  • Collecting local business requirements, cooperation with process SME on functional side.
  • Ensuring quality and timeliness of automated processes.
  • Develops RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept.
  • Primary skills in Automation software UiPath.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in UI Path development and RPA tools.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including process design, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, VBA, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
