JD:
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Technical Architect with strong consulting skills to lead and deliver complex enterprise solutions. This role requires a blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and leadership to collaborate with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure scalable, high-performing architectures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong background in .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-grade .NET applications.
- Strong expertise in DDD, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Workflow Engines/BPMN platforms and Business Rule Engines.
- Experience with REST APIs, Azure Cloud Architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and secure coding practices.
- Exposure to cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
- Experience in Visio, Lucidchart, or other architecture design tools.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership and business acumen.
- Prior exposure to AI/GenAI implementations in enterprise contexts is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Leadership
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectural designs.
- Define, design, and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise-level .NET applications.
- Lead architecture discussions and drive technical decision-making with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensure architectural alignment with business and IT strategy.
2. Technical Oversight
- Guide development teams on architectural best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Define reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate delivery.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
3. Strategic Consulting
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to product owners, business analysts, and senior leadership.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to align architecture with organizational priorities.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, platform upgrades, and future-state architecture planning.
4. Technology & Innovation
- Lead initiatives around Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and Microservices.
- Integrate Business Rule Engines and BPM/Workflow platforms for automation.
- Explore and implement AI/GenAI use cases in enterprise solutions.
- Stay ahead of trends in .NET, Azure Cloud, DevOps, and AI, proposing innovative solutions.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, Security) to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones for distributed delivery.
- Create and present architecture diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart) to aid stakeholder understanding.
6. Mentorship & Governance
- Mentor developers and junior architects to build internal architectural competency.
- Establish architectural governance processes, including compliance checks, performance tuning, and secure coding.
- Support CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, reliable, and automated delivery.
