Job Description
Emizen Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for Business Analyst (Post Sales) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- As a Business Analyst specializing in Post-Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients after the sales process is completed
- This role involves collaborating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage projects, gather feedback, and optimize processes for customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams after the sales phase
- Conduct post-sales meetings to understand client expectations and gather feedback
- Requirements Gathering:Work closely with clients to gather detailed post-sales requirements
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
- Project Management:Manage the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to allocate resources effectively
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including development, QA, and support, to ensure a smooth post-sales process
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients
- Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from clients on implemented solutions
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Optimization and Upgrades:Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements
- Collaborate with development teams to implement upgrades and improvements
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for post-sales processes, including project plans, status reports, and client communications
- Ensure that all client interactions and project details are accurately documented
- Quality Assurance:Conduct post-implementation quality assurance checks to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and expectations
- Address any discrepancies and coordinate with teams for corrections
- Client Training:Provide training sessions to clients on using implemented solutions effectively
- Create user guides and documentation for client reference
- Reporting:Generate reports on post-sales performance, client satisfaction, and project status
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
