Position Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading technical implementation projects. The PM integrates communication and workflow between BeyondID and our customers. As part of the Customer Services organization the PM is passionate about ensuring customers projects are successful. The PM organizes and drives implementation project teams to stay on task and schedule. As part of a fast-growing company in a rapidly evolving industry, the PM may also complete some implementation tasks themselves in order to optimize resources and accelerate customer project timelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering multiple highly organized projects running simultaneously
Leading all aspects of a project: planning, meetings, QA, UAT to launch
Driving all project activities between IT, development teams, and the business, including monitoring internal & vendor dependencies and resolving problems proactively to ensure things are on time
Micro-managing or escalating when people need to be held to account and running interference when people need space to get stuff done
Anticipating risk, removing obstacles, and alleviating friction that impedes progress
Collecting key project metrics as part of project execution
Communicating status to program leads
Promoting continuous improvement
Asking for & giving feedback to encourage an open dialogue & transparency
Identifying and communicating additional opportunities for BeyondID to provide value to customers
Assist customers with change management planning
Documentation assembly
Provide product expertise and advisory service to customers

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in technical IT project management implementing software packages and features, including integrations between systems, preferably with SaaS applications
At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS technology company
Fluent with software design principles, change management, solid testing practices, and IT release cycles
Passionate about Project Management principles
Prior experience managing globally distributed delivery resources
Financial knowledge and experience of managing project P&LPreferred Skills
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to lead effective meetings and present effectively
Exhibits strong organization skills
Demonstrates initiative
Exhibits understanding and is sensitive to customer business requirements
Strong understanding and execution of customer service
