Mandatory Skills-

We are hiring a Developer with a strong background on the ServiceNow Platform, having experience in various modules of ServiceNow

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the transformation of our order and delivery management systems. Youll work on new features, enhancements, and issue resolution across AT&Ts ServiceNow platforms. This role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based teams and requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software systems
• Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows and modules
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer code reviews
• Document systems and features clearly
• Mentor and support team members

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience (4+ years) with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, OMT
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flows, etc.
• Experience with ServiceNow portals and widgets
• Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and story management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and container tech (Docker)
• Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs
• Certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS are a plus
