Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
  
• Strong query handling abilities with ability to work under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in blended process, chat support, customer care, customer service, customer support, solving queries.

• Office Location - Goregoan (Nesco)

Shift timing

- 6.30am -3.30pm

- 9.30am -6.30pm

- 2 pm - 11pm

- 10.30pm 7.30am (Dinner will be provided)

Shift timing will be fixed for 1 month

Week Offs: 1 week off (Roster will be shared for the same)
