Master Data Management Developer @ IGT

Employment Type: Contract - 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain Edition), including match & merge, survivorship, ActiveVOS workflows, and system integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, governance, and accuracy across business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Informatica MDM Hub, including subject areas, base objects, landing tables, and relationships.
  
• Develop and optimize match/merge rules, trust scores, and survivorship logic to create golden records.
  
• Design and build ActiveVOS workflows for data stewardship, exception handling, and business approvals.
  
• Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to define standards, governance rules, and ownership models.
  
• Integrate data from multiple source systems via batch processing, REST APIs, or message queues.
  
• Implement and monitor data quality checks in collaboration with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
  
• Build and customize User Exits (Java), SIF APIs, and Business Entity Services.
  
• Manage MDM data loads, synchronization jobs, and performance tuning.
  
• Ensure MDM solution alignment with overall data architecture and governance frameworks.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 710 years of total experience in Data Engineering / Master Data Management.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain Edition).
  
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts golden record, hierarchy management, trust/survivorship, and data governance.
  
• Proficient with:
  
• Informatica MDM Hub Console, Provisioning Tool, SIF APIs
  
• ActiveVOS workflows, User Exits (Java), Match/Merge tuning
  
• SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling for MDM
  
• Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, and Data Lake systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) integration.
