Job Description

Work Experience:

4+ years with minimum 3 years in any payments like SWIFT, RTGS, UPI, NEFT, IMPS, etc. in banking or product companies.

Overall Job Description:

He/She should have good understanding of Multi currency flow, formats, error code, etc.
The person should in hands on in checking logs, queries, etc.
Ability to setup conditions and use monitoring tools like Graphana, DT, etc.
Understanding of cloud (ASW, VMware, etc.) and containerized technology (HP, RHel, etc.), should be managing PODs
Good Analytical skills in understanding and explaining end to end payment journey.
Ability to address issues/provide workaround considering cutoff, Ops limitation and client impact, while working on solution.
Ability to own and managing payment product journey end to end from issue perspective.
ITIL framework/process oriented by following incident, problem, and change management process.
Preferably with Banking / NBFC / Fintech exposure on payment services.
Flexible to step in and address issues even during non-business hours/holidays.
The person should be well verse with standard process on RH, OCP, Jboss, Oracle, Java, DT, etc.
