Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be graduate Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in Facility management Good knowledge of excel is must and good communication in writing and speaking English. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities Arrangement of all consumables and supplies Interfacing with all daily, weekly and monthly activity of the facility with Smartworks. Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit Interacting with the relevant vendor for services and products. Taking facility rounds and find out snags, issues and raising tickets for the same or initiate immediate rectification actions. Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverable system. Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained Provide assistance to FM in all administrative functions, Facility services and any other administrative functions. Oversee the pantry operations during the shift and identify issues and take necessary actions Collating all the audit document from the relevant vendors
