* Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve branch profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
*In Financial sector (NBFC/Banking) should have handled team & Gold Loan, Business loans etc.
**Job Requirements**
* 4-8 years of experience in retail banking or related field with a focus on branch management.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch profitability.
* Strong skills in heading branches, managing teams, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent knowledge of retail branch banking operations, products, and services.
