Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Assist doctors during OPD, procedures, and IVF-related treatments.
- Maintain and manage patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control protocols and clinical standards are adhered to.
- Counsel and support patients throughout the IVF process with compassion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth clinical operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing (from a recognized institution)
Experience:
- Mandatory: At least 1 year of experience in an IVF or fertility clinic.
Registration:
- Valid UP Nursing Council Registration is required.
Preferred Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in an IVF or fertility clinic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
