Job Description
Position: Retail Field Assistant
Location: Gurugram
Salary: 20,000 per month + Variable + Incentives
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Processing
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Time: 9AM - 6PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident female candidate for the position of Retail Field Assistant. The role involves visiting retail shops and stores, introducing our brand of breads, and ensuring proper product placement for better sales visibility. She will also support offline marketing activities to promote the brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores/shops daily and introduce our bread products.
- Convince shopkeepers/retailers to stock and sell our brand.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at all outlets.
- Collect feedback from retailers and report regularly.
- Support offline marketing activities (sampling, promotional events, local branding, etc.).
- Maintain daily reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream) with good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing can apply.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
Incentive Structure:
- Retail Store Onboarding Incentive: 500 per new retail store successfully onboarding our bread products.
