Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling suitable insurance products (life, health, term, general).
Conduct need-based analysis to recommend appropriate solutions aligned with client goals.
Manage the end-to-end insurance process including:

Proposal form filling and documentation
Coordination with insurers/TPAs for underwriting and issuance
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Provide timely updates and maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
Maintain accurate client and policy records in the internal systems.
Achieve assigned sales and process efficiency targets.

Build long-term client trust by ensuring after-sales service and renewals support.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline and Insurance background is preferred.
13 years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle documentation and regulatory compliance with attention to detail.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused.
