As an HR Data Analytics Analyst, you will design, develop, maintain and promote HR Analytics solutions based on answering important business questions for our clients in Tableau.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work on Tableau
Good Communication Skills and should have experience in connecting onshore counterparts updating Weekly & Monthly updates
Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries used for Tableau etc
Developing reports directly in Workday or other SAAS HR Systems
Data modeling to visualize database structure
Tracking work in JIRA
Building and maintaining data dictionaries
Experience:
2 - 3 years in Tableau building & maintance
Tableau Desktop Certification - Associate or Professional level preferred
1+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau Dashboards
Education
BE/BTECH/MBA & MCA
