Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, track progress, and manage pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  •  Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and results.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
  • 4- 8 years of experience in sales/business development.

  • Proven record in meeting targets and driving growth
  • Team Player with ability to work independently
