Senior Executive/Junior Manager - Process R&D @ Wangapalli @ MSN Group

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization of hormonal APIs.
  
• Perform literature search (using SciFinder, Reaxys, etc.) and develop synthetic routes for hormonal molecules.
  
• Support scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial scale; address challenges during tech transfer.
  
• Characterize intermediates and final APIs using analytical tools (HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.).
  
• Document all experiments in ELN or lab notebooks as per cGMP & GLP standards.
  
• Assist in drafting process development reports, risk assessments, and technology transfer documents.
  
• Ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance during lab and pilot activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, RA, Production) for smooth project execution.
