Job Description
Skills & Experience
- Over 4 years of relevant experience in networking, including 12 years of hands-on expertise with Prisma SD-WAN and a basic understanding of Prisma SASE.
- Expert-level knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, IPSEC, and SD-WAN technologies.
- A Very good proficiency in Routing and Switching.
- Strong background in solution monitoring and multi-layer troubleshooting.
- Intermediate technical understanding of network architecture and design flows.
- Skilled in organizing and participating in stakeholder calls to discuss technical issues.
- Experienced in end-to-end service management operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and customers.
- Analytical thinker with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative team player with effective coaching abilities, eager to learn and share knowledge.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, always seeking to improve services for customers and internal users.
- Committed to continuous improvement (CI) and supporting a culture of learning.
- Experienced in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
