 Client Support Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Associate to manage the end-to-end diagnostic order process for our prestigious KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and FMC (Fetal Medicine Club) clients. This is a critical role serving as the single point of contact (SPOC), ensuring superior service delivery and robust client relationship management.


Role & responsibilities


  • Order Management: Oversee diagnostic orders from initiation to completion for KOL/FMC clients.
  • TAT & Escalation: Proactively monitor Turnaround Time (TAT), flag potential breaches, and drive resolution.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client rapport through regular updates, reviews, and personalized support.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage tickets via tools like ServiceNow/Zendesk/Jira, ensuring closure within SLAs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share MIS reports on order status and TAT compliance using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
  • Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Operations, Lab, Logistics) for smooth service.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Healthcare Operations.
  • Prior experience handling KOL/FMC clients in diagnostics/healthcare is highly preferred.
