Job Description
Description:We are seeking an experienced PMO Financial Operations Specialist with strong expertise in revenue operations, financial planning, and project management. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in financial analysis, billing, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting, along with the ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong financial literacy with expertise in AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Delivery, Finance).
- Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, MIS, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Highly organized with strong time management and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Tracking & Analysis: Monitor revenue, identify trends, and provide insights for growth and retention.
- Billing & Invoicing: Manage accurate and timely invoicing (system/manual).
- Account Reconciliation & Collections: Reconcile accounts, follow up on payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and disputes related to billing.
- Process Optimization: Enhance end-to-end revenue processes (quoting, contracting, order management, revenue recognition).
- Resource Management: Oversee demand creation, resource fulfillment, and panel arrangements.
- Operational Metrics: Track cost, margins, billing gaps, forecast vs. variance, band mix, and investment overruns.
- Contract Management: Prepare SoWs, manage contracts via DocuSign, and ensure legal compliance.
- Reporting: Generate MIS reports on collections, receivables, and recovery performance.
