Job Role: Workday Finance Integration Consultant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and define integration requirements for Workday Finance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to clarify and finalize requirements.
- Design and develop integrations using Workday tools (EIB, Studio, etc.).
- Conduct client sessions to validate integration aspects.
- Support application testing and scenario-based validation.
- Assist in production rollout and post-deployment support.
- Address stakeholder needs and manage expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management.
- Develop and manage stakeholder communication plans.
- Align integration efforts with global information systems strategy.
Experience Required
- 3 years of relevant experience in Workday integrations.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, Web Services API.
- Deep understanding of Workday Project Lifecycle.
- Experience with integration challenges: security, data conversion, implementation approaches.
- Strong knowledge of XML Schema, XPATH, SOAP, WSDL.
- Skilled in Excel-based data manipulation.
- Familiarity with HR, Financials, Payroll, Time-tracking systems.
- Experience developing multiple integrations across enterprise systems.
- Self-driven with quick learning ability.
- Effective in knowledge transfer and customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
