Job Description
About the role:
Roles in job family plan, supervise and lead all aspects of diverse information technology projects sometimes in a deep technical area of expertise or across multiple disciplines. They will use their digital expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Skills and experience in scrum or agile development techniques and tools are often used to ensure team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management.

Top Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into existing applications.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable code following standard processes for software development.
- Solve and debug issues across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 4 years of validated experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Python development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js or Angular is a must.
- Solid understanding of back-end technologies including Django or Flask frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and implementation is desirable.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is an advantage
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
