Job Description

Functional /Business Responsibilities:
-Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
-Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products, CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly
-Explaining the customers product features and benefits
-Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
-Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets


Must Haves:
-Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
-Convincing skill
- Flexible with shifts
-Stakeholder management
-Computer literacy


Required Qualification / Experience

Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate Minimum 1yr of outbound sales experience or Fresher
