Job Description -
1.Serve as a key member of the advertising business development team, helping to drive overall Way2News Advertising strategy and business growth.
2.Generate new business opportunities through individual marketing, networking and relationship building activities.
3. Maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective agencies.
4.Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic advertisers.
5. Contribute to the overall growth and profit of Way2News.
6. Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.
7. Build and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial programs.
8.Track, report on, and meet sales goals.
9.Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on goals.
10. Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry and excited about disrupting the space.
11. Has to build and manage the sales team
Skills -
1.Excellent communication, follow time management with good negotiation and presentation skills
2. Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
3.Self-Motivated and willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics
4.Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail.
