Job Description
- As a People & Organization Business Partner at Siemens Energy, your role involves supporting and implementing the People Strategy and other strategic P&O initiatives in collaboration with business leaders. You will provide advice and support to the business management for the assigned organization(s), bringing deep insights, independent viewpoints, and P&O expertise to address business issues. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with and influence senior leaders on emerging people and organizational culture topics - Execute the people strategy aligned with the business strategy - Partner with business leaders to analyze business plans for workforce planning and develop talent pipelines - Plan and facilitate Succession Planning for the Business Units - Drive cultural change in alignment with business strategy - Identify talents with potential and sponsor them for talent programs - Enhance organizational capability through competency evaluation and customized training needs analysis - Guide People Managers on handling critical people topics - Facilitate SGES planning workshops and support People Managers in driving initiatives - Provide insights from data analysis on various topics to help management make informed decisions - Curate and execute initiatives to enhance employee experience Qualifications Required: - Substantial experience in stakeholder management - Digital attitude, excellent communication skills, team player, grounded, honest, and hardworking - Management graduate from a reputed institute - Self-starter with accountability, initiative, independence, and self-motivation - Capable of influencing and managing change Siemens Energy is a global company with a diverse workforce dedicated to building the future.
