Job Description
- As a Consultant specializing in Oracle Field Services at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in driving technical design and development for major components of focused solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying and testing application patches, problem-solving with a sense of urgency, collaborating with Oracle Technical Support, and providing best practice advice on systems architecture. You will also lead technical requirements gathering, conduct design workshops for complex projects, and engage with Enterprise Architects on technical architecture and integration details. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting gap analysis for focused Field Services & solutions - Driving technical HL and LL design and development - Offering best practice advice on systems architecture - Leading technical requirements gathering and design workshops - Handling Routing Visualizations, Resource Scheduling, Capacity forecasting, Inventory/Asset Management, and Mobile App enablement Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to work independently on Field Services - Experience with custom interfaces and Oracle standard interfaces of multiple Oracle EBS modules - Thorough understanding of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, Oracle EBS 12.1.3, or Oracle R12 data model of multiple modules Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in Oracle ERPServices/CMRO and Oracle 12i E-Business Suite - Knowledge in Oracle Financial standard functionality and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration components - Working knowledge of Oracle Setups for R12 E-Business Suite Join Genpact as a Consultant and be part of a global professional services firm that is dedicated to delivering outcomes that shape the future.
