Role Overview

As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales by building and managing a network of Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train & develop Business Associates and commission-based agents

• Guide and monitor execution of agent activity plans

• Conduct weekly PRPs (Performance Review Processes) and update Sales Management System

• Facilitate agent career growth through structured Career Progression Programs

• Leverage CRM tools & agent portals to enhance customer management and cross-selling

• Consistently work towards achieving monthly & annual sales targets

Desired Profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Agency channel preferred)

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to deliver results

• Well-networked in the local market with good market knowledge
