Job Description :

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth (of marketing and sales and development)
• Identification of prospective customers and introducing the organization and products provided
• Studying and gathering the customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
• Work closely with our network of distributors to maintain sales targets in their geographies and ensure closure of sales opportunities
• Prepare sales monthly forecast/ plan and release work orders to production
• Coordinate with production manager and finalize the monthly production plan based on priorities
• Capturing market intelligence and providing the information to top management for effective decision making.
• Periodically obtain customer feedback and assess their satisfaction levels, identify and report the management on areas for improvement
• Track customer complaints and ensure effective closure
• Participate in exhibitions/ trade fairs to promote products and services and build brand image of the company
• Analyse the key metrics surrounding progression of sales opportunities and be prepared to make recommendations to optimize the sales cycle and product positioning
• Prepare regular reports for upper management

• More than 7 years or MBA (Marketing) with more than 5 years of proven experience in industrial selling preferably in sales of uPVC windows and doors
• Familiar with dealer/distributor management
• Should be well versed with uPVC windows and doors systems
• Awareness on fundamentals of measurement systems and conversion of units benefits.
