Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Handle international sales calls from clients across various countries, including UK, US, Canada, Australia, and more.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
Ability to work on an evening shift schedule (rotating shifts) as per business requirements.
Strong knowledge of US sales processes, including US calling procedures.
0-5 years of experience in international outbound sales or related field (BPO sales).
