Position Summary
The Finance, Human Resource and Compliance Support Officer provides remote administrative and finance support to Orange Health Cares Accounting and Childrens Services departments.
This role ensures timely completion of back-office functions including accounts reconciliation, document verification, insurance tracking, invoicing, compliance updates, and data accuracy across multiple business systems such as Xero, Visual Care, BrightHR, and SharePoint.
The position also assists with audit preparation, vehicle insurance and registration monitoring, and maintenance of staff and client compliance records, supporting finance and management teams to meet NDIS and internal reporting requirements.

Flexible schedule aligned with Australian business hours, approximately 3540 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, based on task requirements.
Position Classification
We are only seeking candidates based in Kerala who are fluent in Malayalam, to ensure effective collaboration and mutual support within our existing Kerala-based team.
Applicants must have access to their own laptop and monitor (screen). If there are any financial difficulties, Orange Health Care can provide support to help set up the required equipment.
