We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a technical leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in managing large-scale, complex software projects and is passionate about driving engineering excellence.

What You'll Do:
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time and within scope.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track project performance using tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong understanding of SDLC and modern engineering practices
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
