Handling all PAN INDIA queries.
Taking all inbound calls, making outbound calls as when required.
Providing good customer service, solving all issues regarding our classes.

Required Candidate profile

Updating CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, & call outcomes
Sharing regular reports and insights with the management team regarding lead quality
conversion patterns, and feedback trends
