Lead configuration and implementation of SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.
Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, PP).
Handle complex pricing procedures, tax setups, and intercompany transactions.
Support EDI/IDOC interfaces and third-party integrations.
Conduct gap analysis and define solutions to meet business needs.
SAP CS (Customer Service):
Configure and support service order management, notifications, warranties, and service contracts.
Integrate CS with PM, SD, and MM modules for end-to-end service lifecycle.
Enable field service operations and mobile solutions.
Monitor service KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Project Leadership:
Lead SAP SD/CS implementation and rollout projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
Conduct UAT and ensure successful go-live and post-go-live support.
Training & Support:
Provide training to end-users and support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD/CS-related issues.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
