Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Zuora-based solutions that meet business requirements in the education domain.
- Analyze and optimize existing Zuora configurations to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Zuora to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Zuora processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zuora ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of Zuora.
- Stay updated with the latest Zuora features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Zuora-related activities.
- Collaborate with the education domain experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team.
- Support the integration of Zuora with other systems to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Zuora with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Have experience in the education domain which is considered a plus.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications Required
Zuora Administrator Certification or equivalent.
