Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET fullstack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, .NET Core, MVC, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The candidate should also have solid experience in defining, documenting, and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure project delivery meets agreed performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and oversee the development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, MVC, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and architectural standards.
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using React.js, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Draft, review, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement best practices in application development.
- Ensure system integration, performance optimization, and application security.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, MVC, C#, React.js, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or other RDBMS.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).
- Proven experience in writing, managing, and enforcing SLAs in enterprise projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of enterprise applications.
