Duties & Responsibilities (Post Training Completion):

Execute day-to-day retail operations of the store and ensure smooth adherence to SOPs.
Support and guide a small team of associates to deliver reliable customer service.
Ensure 100% adherence to Planogram (POG) and promotional execution in the store.
Work with the team to minimize dump, shrinkage, and other operational losses.
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor consumables usage within budget and contribute to cost optimization.
