Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

14-15 years of experience in networking product development

Proven experience of technically managing a team of telecom (3GPP) developers
Proven track record of producing architectural designs, technical leadership and mentoring

Working knowledge on EPC, WiFi-GW, IPSec, HNBGW, HeNBGW would be a strong plus.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, defect management, build processes & testing.

Strong written and communications skills

Demonstrated positive, energetic and self-confident attitude.

A leader, motivator and self-starter with strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication

PG:  M.Tech - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
