Role & responsibilities
Drive sales of motor insurance policies through the agency channel.
Recruit, train and manage insurance agents/advisors for achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers and channel partners.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
Provide end to end support to agents for policy issuance and renewals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1+ years in insurance sales ( Motor / General / Agency Channel preferred ).
Background: Insurance, Agency sales
Qualification: Graduate
Skills: Relationship management, strong communication and sales negotiation.
