- Job Description: As a Senior/Lead Blockchain Development Engineer at Digi Yatra Foundation, you will be designated as a Blockchain Expert responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Blockchain projects. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of Blockchain solutions through testing and debugging, conducting market research, and analyzing new Blockchain technologies and trends. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications and architecture for Blockchain solutions, providing mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of mobile application developers to drive excellence in development practices. - Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality blockchain ecosystems utilizing best practices and the latest technologies. - Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans aligning with company objectives and market trends. - Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in blockchain application development processes. - Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization: Implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure reliability, security, and performance of blockchain applications. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with other systems and services. - Research and Development: Conduct research to explore new technologies and methodologies enhancing mobile applications. - Documentation and Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation of mobile application development processes. - Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for mobile applications. - Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor performance metrics of mobile applications and conduct data analysis for optimization. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proficient in Blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, and Solidity. - In-depth understanding of Smart Contracts, Cryptography, and Consensus Algorithms. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,
