Job Description
JD- Decision Senior Associate/ Project Lead
LOCATION:Banglore/Gurgaon/ Noida
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- BTECH, MBA, Post Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Operation Research, with a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant analytics experience
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, model interpretation, exploratory data analysis and reporting
- Ability to structure and model the data to solve complex business problems
- Strong logical and analytical ability to solve problems & execute business problems with minimal guidance from project manager
- Technology Prowess in R/Python/SAS/SQL/ R Shiny and other self-service tools (KNIME/ DataIku etc). Experience in AI/ Machine Learning, real time analytics will be preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Pharma domain will be preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis
- Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client
- Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.
- Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation
- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
- Mentor junior associates
