Job Description

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
-
Validate bug fixes and new features before release.
-
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and troubleshoot issues.
-
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.
-
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and help improve test coverage and efficiency.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-
25 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
-
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).

Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

Good understanding of API testing (using Postman or similar).
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

Knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Basic understanding of performance or security testing concepts.
